By placing an order for Products and Services through this Website, you agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement. By default, unless the customer specifically requests otherwise, they will be opted into hosting services (including source code, database, web/app hosting and any other service/or assets of the web/app required to develop) on or via JustSolv. This means JustSolv will host the database and server according to availability and use as determined by JustSolv until the customer opts for their choice. Customers are allowed to change this option as they wish, but switching will take some time.


Customer Solicitation:


Unless you notify our third party call center representatives or direct JustSolv sales representatives, while they are calling you, of your desire to opt out from further direct company communications and solicitations, you are agreeing to continue to receive further emails and call solicitations from JustSolv and its designated in house or third party call team(s).

I(Justsolv) am/is not responsible for the app/website or any service/product purchased and the data which is stored in it when it is licensed by customer in TNC and Privacy Policy and Contract of justsolv.
